What Does This Test Check?

The vitamins test measures the key micronutrients that keep your body running, chiefly vitamin D, B12 and folate, and often iron and magnesium too. It is used to spot deficiencies that can drive fatigue, low mood, poor immunity or muscle problems.

A low result for one or more vitamins may indicate a deficiency worth fixing through diet or a supplement, while normal levels do not by themselves explain unexplained symptoms.
