What Does This Test Check?
The vitamins test measures the key micronutrients that keep your body running, chiefly vitamin D, B12 and folate, and often iron and magnesium too. It is used to spot deficiencies that can drive fatigue, low mood, poor immunity or muscle problems.
Numan is the cheapest at 68 pounds, with Goodbody Clinic at 69 pounds and Thriva at 73.71 pounds close behind. MyHealthChecked charges 85 pounds, Bluecrest Wellness 99 to 119 pounds, Vitall 99 pounds and Forth 120 pounds, so the mid and premium tiers add more micronutrients for the higher price.
A low result for one or more vitamins may indicate a deficiency worth fixing through diet or a supplement, while normal levels do not by themselves explain unexplained symptoms. Nutrient levels can fluctuate and only reflect recent intake. Take the results to your GP to decide what, if anything, to supplement safely.
