What Does This Test Check?

These checks bundle everyday markers of general health, covering areas such as cholesterol, blood sugar, blood count and organ function. They give a yearly style overview of how your lifestyle is landing on your body.

Two providers list a test here. Vitall charges £79 for its core lifestyle kit, while Medichecks charges £89 for the health and lifestyle check. Both take a broad look rather than focusing on one system.

A broad screen may flag a marker outside the normal range, but many small deviations are not a problem on their own. Use the results to guide lifestyle changes and go through anything worrying with your GP.
